To my surprise, half an hour into using the newly reinstated Windows 10, I saw a notification - "Downloading Windows 11". I thought it was an error, but upon restarting my PC it did install Windows 11 again. I disabled notifications for now as a temporary measure, but how can I get it to stop installing windows 11 long-term?
